Shipping and handling
We process orders as soon as we can, generally Monday-Friday between 9am – 5pm (excluding holidays).
If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible via phone or email.
As a small business we try to keep our costs as low as possible meaning that you as our customer get the highest quality products for the best price. We offer a standard shipping service for any size order that uses a mix of services and carriers and is not a guaranteed service. We make every attempt to deliver your items within 5 working days, however we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time.
We send all of our orders fully tracked and insured to cover for any loss or damage in transit. We’ve implemented a sliding postage scale to keep the cost of postage as low as possible. The charges below are what we currently charge (but are subject to change if the prices of postage change)
Up to £20 – £3.50
£20-30 – £3.80
£30-40 – £4.50
£40 and over – FREE!
Next working day delivery
If you require an express delivery order, then please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will help you select the most economical but also the fastest courier to meet your needs. The cost will be based on the weight and size of your order and will be delivered the next working day after a dispatch email confirmation of your order has been sent. All courier deliveries require a signature on delivery.
It is vital that you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
